Car won't start after doing a Remote Start
Hello,
(C300-2017 4Matic)
Has it ever happened to anyone that your C300 wont start after you've done a Remote Start with the Mbrace app?
It has happened a couple of times to me, in which after I unlock my car and try to start it normally with the Start Engine button it wont start.
Both times I had to get out of the car, lock my car and do the remote start thing again.
After doing that, unlocking my car with my key and then getting in proceed to start it normally, it will start without a problem.
Any thoughts anyone???

Take out start button and place key in and start car with key. Turn off car with key then remove. Place start button back in. This will correct your problem.

if nothing works. I would recommend you provide the dealership who initially activated your Mercedes Me another email. Register that other email on the MB Me app, and tell the dealership to apply your new email in your system and go through the activation process again.
