Would you purchase a C300 if the CPO warranty expires 06/2020
I saw a 2015 manufactured 06/2015 ... That means it's warranty will be up 6/2019. Since it is a CPO, I will get an extended warranty to 06/2020.
What do you all do after the CPO expires?
How can I find out about the wrist pin issues.
I drive a 2015 lease now and I didn't have any wrist pin issues.
And if you do end up purchasing that cpo car, you can extend the cpo warranty for another year on top of that one year they give you and make it to 2021/unlimited miles, which is exactly what i did.
For the wrist pin issues, if it has been repaired previously, im sure you can ask the dealer to pull up the service record of that car to see if it was ever done by any mercedes dealer. That specific dealer might not have that information if it wasn't done by them but a big job like that would leave a record to mb so they should be able to find that out for you.
Had them check for wrist pin bulletin prior to delivery & have taken it in for a few minor things since delivery. Not overly concerned with the warranty expiring, in 1.5 years. I figure the majority of major problems will likely have occurred by then
