Rattle in front vent

Mercedes W205 with an irritating rattle in the drivers side (right hand drive) front vent, the one closest to the door.
Any guidance how to remove it to find the rattle?
Please!!

What kind of rattle?
Mine has a scraping/fluttering sound from the drivers' outside vent (door side) that goes away if you manually set the A/C vent position. Flutter returns in AUTO. Have had them 're-initialize' the motor twice & the noise persists.

Mine is definitely the vent position motor (blend door?) as it isn't affected by fan speed, and only occurs with the climate control set to AUTO.

Need to get around to making another appt to get it checked (again), along with the passenger front headrest (again), cracked cupholder trim ring, front suspension rattle/rumble, and occasional creak/rattle from sunroof.

do you have a c400?

what do you mean by the vent position motor? also what is wrong with your passenger headrest?

for your front suspension rattle, mine was making a ticking sound when I would make slow left or right turn, took it in and they said its the front axels (****ty orginal batch that came with the car) they have ordered the parts to replace. so yours most likely is the same issue! (warranty)

also I hear grumblings from the rear as well, so I will take it in next week for them to have this looked into..i feel as if the rear axels or boots are gone as well...

also I have my sunroof area making rattle noise when I drive ( I don't keep my music or radio on so this way I can hear all the crap that's wrong with these cars) and that's how I can hear it..i will mention this issue to them as well....

The motor that adjusts where the air blows (dash, feet, windshield)

Passenger headrest is stuck in the fully forward position, push the button on the side & it will not slide back. Have had a few passengers comment on it & have to recline the seat a bit more to not have their head pushed forward.
A bit of miscommunication led my svc advisor to believe I thought I had a power pass headrest, like the driver's seat, so they did not repair/replace it last time it was in.

Mine's a RWD, so no front axles. They replaced the LF strut shortly after I bought it for a similar rattle & it would squeak when getting in/out of the car.

Mine is most noticeable after closing the sunroof from the vented or open position. Any body flex causes some creaking.
Luckily, it's nowhere near the level of rattle/creak that my F150's pano roof had. Nail on a chalkboard bad, and still unresolved when I traded it in, after 4 service visits.
