Why is every single switch in the car illuminated, from the seat controls to the sill plates to the trunk release, but not the Start/Stop button???

In the 2019 C43 AMG the push start button is illuminated. You can no longer remove the start button.

Yep, you just press the FOB up to the button and will sense it and start the car even if the FOB is dead.

Even if the middle of the button isn't illuminated they should have a lighted ring around it.
