your screen does not look like command. but its hard to say.
command usually comes with backup camera.
it can be installed. just need wiring harness and camera. I have part numbers for both. then coding will be needed. are you in USA or Canada? if not, I can not help you code it.
folding mirrors can be coded in.
I can retrofit android auto/carplay as well. not cheap but possible.
it would void warranty on replaced items. but most likely they would still replace as they are all oem features.
