Is this a good deal to lease a '18 C class
I currently own a 08 c class. I am looking at leasing a 18' dealer demo 2k miles C Class Iridium silver black interior fully loaded only option difference is no nav and apple, android play which I wanted. Otherwise has everything. 5k down first month free, maintenance included 375/ month. Just wanted to know if this is best of the best deal or you think I can get lower. They didn't see my 08 yet but mentioned they would give 4750 for it so that the money down would be the car for the '18. Thoughts? Thanks

What is the capitalized cost? In other words, at what price is the dealer valuing the vehicle?

Have a look at cargurus.com. My opinion is the price should be in the low $40k range. $51k capital cost is costing you more than 20% higher lease payment than it should.

Not know taxes/fee's for your area - I would suggest you take a harder look the #'s.
A "demo" - should be about 12%-15% below MSRP - your residual is based as a % of the MSRP - so that "demo discount" should bring your payment down exactly like a equal amount cash contribution - and your added $5K cash on top of that should bring it down further.
Have the deal broken down so you have a clear view of the deal in your head - since tmrw is the last day of January - your dealer will want to get the deal done - but don't go forward if the deal is at your expense !
