Infotainment screen went out today
Anyone have their infotainment screen suddenly go dark? I turned on the car today and didn't see the MB logo appear in the screen. I tried to turn on the radio but no sound. I adjusted the climate control and could barely see the lettering/symbols at the bottom of the screen. I turned the car off then restarted the car 15 minutes later. Everything was normal at this point. Is the LCD screen going bad or do I need a software update?
otherwise, hold the cd eject button to reboot the system. If none of this works contact your dealer.

Even after updating the software, mine freezes from time to time but then restarts on it's own. It looks like the LED screen starts to darken and then pixelate, then turns off and returns back to work.

reset by holding 10sec of the power button or the eject button doesn’t not solve this long run.
Any ideas guys?
