Navigation Download manager not working
I seem to be having trouble updating the the current maps version. I’ve downloaded the manager on Mac and PC and the results have been the same. Instead of recognizing the navigation SD card, it just says *media not found*. I’ve tried the recommended login from the docs, DLM for the username and password. I’ve also tried my own Mercedes me username and password. The card works fine in my car otherwise, I just want to update it. Am I doing something incorrect here? Thanks! Also it’s a c300 2017.

It’s an Amazon buy. People that have purchased the same card don’t seem to have the issue I’m having. I know, I know, it’s not from the dealer so that may be an issue, BUT, I thought I’d see if I could get some insight here. I’m pretty savvy when it comes to figuring these things out but not this time...

The OP's question - he bought a knockoff map card - and surprise it does not "update" using Garmin/MB online map updater. I "think" latest edition is 8.1 - heck, a "new" knockoff will be $100 - why stress ?
