I need some help. My 2014 CLA-250 recently shut down while I was driving and messages popped up saying inoperable see owners manual than Pre safe function limited came on. Was scary and glad no kids were in the car. Took it to dealer and they can’t duplicate the problem and say the car is fine. My question is, can’t they pull up the history of error messages? I took photos to prove to them.
