Using the CPO warranty, is there an additional cost?
So I’m about to bring my car in for some Warranty work and it’s my first time since the new car warranty expired. I purchased it as a CPO which that warranty is good for this year. I remember a while back when I brought in my car one of the advisers said oh it’s good that you’re using your new car warranty because after that expires there’s a (certain amount can’t remember) to inspect and confirm the warranty work. Is that true? I can’t find that anywhere on the CPO warranty info.

I think the question was about the 1 year unlimited miles CPO warranty, which is a question I also have. Is it the same as the new car warranty? Are there additional fees for warranty work during the 1 year CPO warranty period?

My contract says, "MB CPO warranty 5 yrs/unlimited miles from original in-service date..." This means to me that it is an extension of the original car warranty. There is no indication of any additional fees. I bought an extended warranty that extends for 2 years, unlimited miles, at the end of the 5 yr CPO. That warranty has a different contract, and it lists what is covered. This list seems substantial, but probably isn't as comprehensive as the original warranty. At the moment I really like this car. I wouldn't consider owning it without a warranty. All it takes is one little wrist pin or a tiny circuit board and you face financial ruin.
