mercedes C300
DVDs and Nav on a c300 2016
The dvds i try to play said "disc unreadable" and wouldnt play movies....would it need to be reprogrammed?

If it has Command with the larger screen it should play DVD's, only when you are stationary though (a good thing).

I’ve seen videos online where people have the smaller screens and use the in motion software so they can play it on the go. I don’t really care about seeing it on the go, I just want the capability to watch dvds, but I do know it’s possible I’m just tryin to figure it out.

there are 3 reasons why you're getting this message:

1) Your car has the basic Audio20 head unit instead of the NTG COMAND
2) Your are playing a Blu-Ray DVD
2) You are playing copied DVDs
