Lost Android Auto/ Carplay after Audio20 firmware update part of the recall
I have lost android auto since I had my cars Audio20 software updated by Mercedes Dealership. I tried using the Unichip again, but it gets to 15% and it says Unsuccessful, Error
Already had ACP & wanted to add AA to my May 2016 W166 GLE 350.
Seemed to go OK but when restarted not only no AA but ACP gone as well.
Nothing done since has brought ACP back. Any sensible suggestions welcome.
Fear this is now going to cost me money to fix as well.
Lesson learned the hard way.

My R232 2022 SL63’s CarPlay is unreliable. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. My 2020 Audi RS7 and my BMW X7 do not have this problem. Carplay is flawless. So it must be the Mercedes MBUX glitch. Has anyone found a solution to this problem/spoken to a dealer about the issue?

Many on the W206 c class forum have discussed CarPlay randomly dropping connection. A software update from the dealer has resolved the issue.
