New 2019 Burmester Harsh Highs
Hi Everyone,
I just got delivery of a new C Class Premium Plus with Burmester sound system and I really find the highs too harsh, to an stage that sometimes it feels like it hurts my ears momentarily.

I've had other people in the car too and they have all agreed with me.

Any sort of suggestion will be really helpful.

what are the surround settings at? Sometimes I set mine to "all" instead of "front" and it tones it down quite a bit.

Completely agree!!
My EQ is set to bass 4, mid 1, treble 2 I believe. Surround sound-all seats and fader set to rear 6.
