Campaign #2019030023 PTCU software update??
Just got my car back from service and noticed they performed a service campaign on my receipt. SA wasn’t there to explain but it says PTCU software update. Nothing online about it. Does anyone know what the campaign is about or what the update did?

mine too, central power control unit, faster/smoother is what i was told. I think.

W205 vehicles are having issues when you reset your service light reminder...... the problem is the software installed in the power train control unit. Software update installs the latest program available.

i guess this doesnt apply to my 2016 C450 ?
i already been to dealer 7 times so far for maintenance 10k-70k miles service. 70k service on May 31, 2019.
if there' a problem, shouldnt they known about it all these times ?

Are you sure they haven't performed the work at a previous service interval? My dealer does these and doesn't mention them during normal service intervals, but it likely is on one of your receipts.

Might be new. For me I was setting up a appointment online and as I was doing that I noticed a recall so try that or call to c if u need it too
