New to MB WORLD seeking advice
Hello all,
i hope I have posted in the right place! This is my first ever post and forum participation. Given some of the success o have seen on such platforms, I am am reaching out to the MB community for advice / suggestions on recommended ways to find & purchase online workshop manuals for my 2018 c350e? We recently had someone veer into our path (due to the wet he tells me) resulting in a low speed front collision, so a few parts and electronic issues to resolve. He was uninsured so we have to foot the bill but most of which I believe can be fixed at home. My issue is that because our car is only about 12 months old (+ its hybrid) finding this type of thing has proven difficult thus far and Mercedes keep saying that parts are not yet available for this vehicle. so we have decided to purchase from a reputable wrecker (insurer will not pay for this) and repair ourselves / the local body shop where needed.

WIS is distributed as a standalone software with timelocked activation keys. Neither online services nor paper manuals are available. You can find it on internet for free or ebay for $, but keep in kind it’s a pirated version. MB sells the activation key for $$$$/year...
