Bluetooth issues while making calls galaxy s10+
I have a 2015 c300 luxury package w205 and I've been getting issues while making a call via bluetooth people on the other end of the phone call cant hear me as if I muted them so I would have to put them on speakerphone via the galaxy s10+ I've taken the car to the dealership to see if the software needed updates and still the same issues but on the new loaners I never had the problem nor on any other cars it all started with this new phone I also thought it was the phone and called my service provider to exchange my phone but now I know for a fact it's the car I need help this is getting annoying

The same thing happened to my father and his car. I erased his phone from the cars settings and started the whole pairing process over. Has been working fine since.
