volume control wheel on 2016 mercedes c300 not working
I just bought this one about a week ago, and the volume wheel next to the touch pad seams like it isn't working. I try to adjust it up and down but nothing.
I love this car so far, just would like to have that part work as well. I checked the setting in the sound system, but nothing to activate it that I can see.
I also searched on this site for any issues that others might have had, but nothing yet.
Any help would be appreciated.

If you push the wheel in it will activate the audio mute. Might try pressing it a few times to see if you can "unstick" it.

If the volume from the other controls work ok then it either the control itself has gone bad, may a spilled drink? Or it could have somehow gotten unplugged. Could be a simple part replacement.
