Because it usually says different pressures dependig the tyres, and in this case is only one label. And sometimes i notice that the car slides a little, specialy with wind.
According to that sticker I would run 38 psi all around. My sticker says 36 for the sedan. I think the fact that you have an estate ( heavier vehicle I think) you will need more air in the tire than a sedan.
