Rims Liquid vinyl Dip/wrap

Hey y’all! I’m thinking of changing the color of my 5 spoke AMG rims on my C300 and found someone that does professional “dip” that i guess ends up almost like a vinyl wrap. Anybody have any experience with this? Curious as to how good it will hold up and for how long.

Also deciding whether to go with a black or maybe something else. Don’t know what else would go with my selenite grey metallic color.

If you want to be able to reverse the color back to the original finish then plasti dipping is a good option. However, if it is a color that you kind of know you'd want to have on there forever, then powder coating would be a better option.

That’s one reason I like the dip, i’m sure i’ll wanna trade this in for something newer in a couple years and stock cars hold their value better. Now i’m debating between black and maybe like a bronze/gold but idk
