Hi! I just saw this option package on the Mercedes UK C class configurator:

"Wheel-arch widening for AMG wheels"

It is pretty interesting, so this means that the car with AMG sports package has slightly different wheel arch vs base version.

W205 C200 AMG Line Premium
It's likely to be the plastic extension to the liner about 2" long on the rear edge of the panel rather than anything structural.
