Are the USB ports shut off when a 2019 C300 is parked?

I think all all the accessories work ONLY with they key on position II (park the car with key on position II will work on the radio & other accessories, put to the limit depend on the battery). my 2012 ML350 the accessories (radio, SD card, DVD video work up to 25-30 minutes, then turn off, my wife 2012 E350, the accessories work only 10-20 minutes then turn off. I asked my SA @ MB dealer, he said that the power management of the car turn the accessories off to save the energy for the next start, otherwise the car cannot start with a dry (empty) battery.

I suspected accessory ports powered down. I just wanted confirmation because I leave MP3 thumb drives plugged in.

There is no key in a 2019 C300.

On a keyless car position 2 on the ignition is button pressed with no pedal pushed down.
