It's getting close to time to do the trans drain/refil thing on my wife's 2015 C300 4matic so I've been looking around trying to find some Shell ATF 134 FE (236.15 approved) and I don't know if it was this forum or another but I seem to remember someone saying to just contact your nearest Shell products distributor. After failing to find any Shell ATF 134 FE anywhere that was not very expensive - near the dealer 236.15 in price - I did call the closest Shell distributor (about 60 miles away) and sure enough they sell it by the case of 12 for about $6.33/qt. They didn't have any in stock but they will send a case down on their next shipment, and I can pick it up end of week (no shipping fee - nice). Wow - what a great price. They do require in person pickup and you prepay for your order so I just gave them a visa - done. No I'm not a dealer, just an end user and they had no issue selling direct to me for that price.

So for those of you that are looking for affordable 236.15 ATF that is MB Approved, and you live in the US, give a call to your nearest Shell distributor (shell has a on-line search tool - google it) and pick up a case of ATF 134 FE for major savings. And ya, for those looking for 236.14 ATF they naturally also have that (Shell ATF 134). I'm still amazed at the price savings going direct to them.
