Hi, is there a secret/special way to top-up the brake fluid ? My reservoir is below the minimum mark, and I try to top it up, but it seems that only the part under the cap gets fill, the liquid does not pour down... I even removed the filter to see what is going on the the liquid just stays there.

See the level is below the min mark, but the liquid stays in the filler neck or drains very very slowly slowly.. more than 24h from the edge to this state now.
