Electrical Noise When Given Gas
I have just recently noticed that my car often makes an electrical buzzing/whirling noise when given gas from a stop or after use of the brakes, it only happens for about two seconds and then goes away but it does come and go. It only just started to do this.
It sounds like it is coming from somewhere inside of the car near the drivers side front area.

The sound, location and duration you describe sure sounds like the sound the electronic parking brake makes when setting, is it a similar sound?
My condolences, you've had a lot of hassle with rattles, squeaks and noises. My biggest pet peeve, the hardest to track down/fix and the one thing that will make me get rid of a car quicker than anything else. Once I hear an out of place noise it annoys me to no end and I cant simply ignore it.

I’ve never noticed a noise from my parking brake. This is an electrical buzzing noise, I’m going to attempt to get it on video

Tough to hear the buzz in this recording, the click is more audible. I'm sure it is much more noticeable in the cabin. I cannot think of what it might be, hopefully another member here will have an idea.

I will have to look into those factors, I've never paid attention to if the car was in eco start/stop mode or after hold brake.
I've just noticed that it does it off and on at what seems like random. I do typically have eco start/stop enabled while driving.
