Door Actuator Replacement

My driver's side door won't lock and unlock with the remote or unlock/unlock buttons on the inside of the car. I suspect the door actuator has gone bad. Could someone please post the WIS documents for replacing the door actuator on the front drivers side?

I inserted my hand in the rear driver side door handle to open it yesterday. All doors unlocked except the one in front of me.

No movement or sound from the lock or pin.

Climbed inside and pulled the door handle to open the door and it started working again (from outside).

This has happened twice already. Not sure if it's the cold weather causing it and/or a bad part.
