W205 Seatbelt Clicking Noise - Safety Issue?
Out of desperation I'm posting for the first time here. I have a 2016 C300 (W205) and I seem to have a problem with the driver side seatbelt (and not any of the other seat belts). It makes a really annoying click noise most times I turn or shift in my seat. I brought the car in to the dealer who supposedly replaced the seatbelt, but I'm having the same issue again, and I'm worried the seatbelt is faulty.
I know the video looks strange, but I've uploaded a video here to show y'all what it sounds like:
Again, this problem is unique to the driver side seatbelt and not any of the other seatbelts.
Does anyone have any thoughts about what this could be?
Is this a normal sound for the driver side seatbelt to make?
I've never had this issue before in any of my other vehicles (Mercedes or not).
