big mpg loss on my 2012 c250
At 70,000 miles i was getting 25mpg overall.
At 104,000 miles i'm now getting 17mpg.
Basically the same driving style now as then, same mix of town and highway driving.
I've been doing regular oil and filter changes every 10,000 miles.
I've changed the transmission fluid and filter.
I've changed air filter per schedule.
I had a tuneup recently (had spark plugs changed)
Tires are in good shape and have proper air pressure.
My mechanic is mystified as to the mpg loss.
Please help with any suggestions on what might be wrong.
