Switched Power in Rear View Mirror
Hello, I was wondering if anyone has experience with tapping power from the rear view mirror using Mirror Tap or have any idea which plug to tap into? I am trying to hardwire my radar detector that way as I have hardwired my dash cam using the driver side fuse box? TIA.

Unfortunately it's difficult to get to the mirror wires. I used the taps on my wife's car but on mine I ended up hardwiring it to the fuse box on the driver's side of the dash and running the wire up the a-pillar to hide it.
