put dielectric grease on the rubber seals, and also the weather stripping that is on the outside where the rubber means the external body.
I've tried it all, and this is the only thing that works. It's an old Corvette trick.

Had this problem on day 1 when I picked up my car. All they did was spray some lube into the window seal inside the door and noise hasn't came back.
If your car is still under warranty, go back. If not spray some wd40 but best to call them and ask what spray it is.
