C300 Grinding Noise on Cold Start
I've got a 2017 C300 (Petrol) and it's been making a weird grinding noise from the engine (as if some metal parts are are grinding against each other) when I start up the car in the morning. The noise begins a few seconds after I COLD start the car only and lasts for about 5 seconds.
It's only got 8000km and the oil condition is good.
In the video attached the noise is noticable from 9 to 15 seconds.
Any ideas? Should I worry? It is not under warranty anymore.

I agree with Mr. Bling. The M274 engine is not a quiet design to start with. Many of us have taken ours into the dealer with engine noise concerns, only to be advised that what we're hearing is normal and can be attributed to things like the turbo wastegate, common rail fuel injectors, etc.
