C300 Weird whistle / High Pitched Noise Front End While Vehicle is OFF

C300 Weird whistle / High Pitched Noise Front End While Vehicle is OFF
Can anyone tell me what this noise is? I have never noticed this noise before, only the normal pump noises and electronics turning on usually. This is my fiancé’s car, and I can also hear it from INSIDE the cabin while the car is running as well.
After a while it stops making the noise while parked, maybe 5 minutes.
Anything to be concerned with?

cant seem to get a video to upload off my phone, but it sounds similar to brake pad wear tab rubbing heavily on the rotor, only the car is sitting still. It’s fairly loud, can he heard from 20+ feet away.
