Dumb questions but I cannot find anything about audible parking sensors on the mb car builder website.
I'm having the hardest time finding out if audible sensors exist on this car and if it's a paid option.

There's Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC which sounds like radar cruise control.
Active Parking Assist = auto parallel parking?
Surround View System = 3d camera view.

If you have the sensors in the front and rear fenders then they will be audible.

However they are very quiet and only sound when about 6" from the obstacle.

 

you need to get the park assist package to get parking sensors. I have no idea why they do it like this but I just prefer to have the sensors and don’t have any need for the automatic parking but unfortunately that is just not an option.

 

I would be glad to be assisted too with advice regarding parking sensors.

I've got a 2018 C180 W205 MB bought with no parking sensors. My MB is still under warranty. Please could you kindly advise as to whether it is possible to fit them. I'm in South Africa. Thank you.
