Climate control buttons do not work or light up.

AC/Heat still blows and works when going through the menu to adjust temp and settings on screen.

Any ideas?

Same thing happened to mine. Dealer replaced that button module.

the clip fell out the back of mine once, if yours is still clipped in then replace the buttons its only a few screws

Today when I got in the car its working as normal....

Ive read this happening on w205s and other models where the button unit needs replacing.

probably would be yeah, and even brand new its not expensive

the center console is very easy to remove yes, 2 screws I think. There are youtube tutorials
