Pre-paid maintenance coverage.
On my way to pick up our 2017 C-300 sedan. I've paid for pre-paid maintenance. Now I'm informed that I am being charged with $39.95 for tire rotation. Should this be covered by my pre-paid maintenance? I asked and all I'm getting is the sunshine treatment: "Some Mercedes have staggered wheels and do not require rotation". "We are providing windshield wipers in lieu of ratation". So, should rotation be covered by pre-paid maintenance contract? Standard MBZ pre-paid maintenance contract. Is tire rotation with an A service even be required by Mercedes? Is it required by a B service?

Surprisingly, tire rotation at my Mercedes dealership is not a part of pre-paid maintenance with the same excuse "Some mercedes have staggered wheels, so no tire rotation". Plenty of other shops that do tire rotation for free, regardless if you bought their tires or not. A big one is American Tires/Discount Tires.
