Wrist Pin Issue Update

Wrist Pin Issue Update
Hello All,
I am expecting to receive my new 2015 C300 4matic in one month (Shipped from US to my country)
It has 80K miles on it, serviced at MB dealer (looked into it’s carfax and it’s always serviced on time), but never mentioned Wrist Pin Replacement.
Its first delivery date was 24/09/2014 which means its production date is before March 2015 and hence it could suffer from the Wrist Pin Issue.
I researched a lot about this car and never found this issue until after I bought the car.
My questions are:
1- Any updates on those who have not fixed the issue? Will it cause engine failure if ignored?
2- If the car has 80K miles on it, does it mean it doesn’t have the issue? (i.e Will it survive to 80K with this issue?
3- Any advice?
VIN: 55SWF4KB4FU015253
P.S: I searched the whole forum and found couple of topics but there was no definite answer.

Hit or miss. I looked up your vin and your engine -
Engine no.:
274920 30 274081
TSB is for up to 264920 30 406602
the issue is tolerances , so they could be ok or not. If you made it 80k without noise - probably ok is my guess.
