Brake HOLD Issues

Hi guys, for some odd reason since I changed all four brakes on my car I haven’t been able to use the Brake HOLD function?
I’ve never had this issue before, any ideas?
i was considering putting the rear brakes back into service mode and shutting it off again to see if maybe it didn’t quite sit correctly? If that’s a dumb move just let me know lol. Thanks!

What would cause this? This does not sound normal.

Lol very true!
Back when I purchased the car, I was able to just come to a complete stop and push further down and it would HOLD. Almost without moving my foot or trying.
I watched this video demonstration on YouTube where (once you’re at a stop), you lightly release on the brake pedal then press down again to put it into lock. It worked perfectly the first time!
As a reference I’ll post the link, but before I had to put the car into ‘brake service mode’ to replace the brakes I never had to do that? Very strange.
