Nice paddles. They look great. I loved this steering wheel so I installed on my C200 AMG line. But my car is 2015. I can see that the only difference is the red stitches and ring on mine. My paddles came with the steering wheel.

Yours is the actual AMG wheel. OP's is the AMG line. Look at the difference at the bottom.
