I have a 2020 C300 and I can’t determine if it is Apple CarPlay compatible. According to the MB website it appears all C300’s have CarPlay. I also have a GLC300, which I got this past weekend, and I fired up CarPlay almost instantly. Based on that, I think I know what I’m doing. However, I can’t get it to work on my sedan. To add a little bit more to the story, neither of the USB ports in the center console have the CarPlay icon. See picture. Finally, the radio shows CarPlay but says no device connected. See picture. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong? Thanks in advance for your insight. (The phone is connected via Bluetooth and by Lightning cable)
All 2020s have CarPlay. Do you have the wireless charger in the front center console where the ashtray usually is in front of the drink holders? I'm pretty sure the CarPlay USB plug is there. Check your owner's manual or call your salesman to confirm.
