electric boot closing issue
i have a c200 and the boot started only opening up half way and sometimes it didnt close all the way and was about 100mm from shutting. I read on the forum about adjusting the springs abit which i have done and it has cured that issue about opening but it still wont shut near the bottom before the soft close takes over! i did lubricate any joints what i could see. Any ideas what i can do next please

i'm so pissed at this.
it doesn't always open fully.
it doesn't always close at the way.
yesterday i'm so pissed when it didn't close all the way,
i slammed on it, it just bounce up and still refuse to close.

YA ! i fixed mine !
you need to re-sync it.
1. open the boot (trunk) to the height you wanted, keep pressing close button for like 5 seconds. release and it will close.
2. go to vehicle boot (trunk) setting, toggle to ON
3. repeat #1
4. go to vehicle boot (trunk) setting, toggle to OFF
5. repeat #1
6. toggle to ON
7. repeat #1
8. toggle to OFF
now it should open all the way, and close all the way. i tried like 6-7 times, it works every time !
BONUS: did you know you can close the windows from outside just by keep pressing your thumb on the door handle?
