Unfortunately, technology moves on quickly. The W205 is a 5 year old platform now. The tech got refreshed with MY2019 to bring it up to a more modern standard and support things like Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The online services are always subject to changes and discontinuations. The Internet Browser is one of those features that was discontinued a while back. The online services are also subject to the country you live in. They are not the same in all the countries and the apps can also be different. I'm assuming you are looking for the mBrace/Mercede Me app, but for up and including MY2018 you are looking for an app called Mercedes Me assuming the services were supported in Ireland. Starting with MY2019 the online services have changed and there is a completely new app called Mercedes Me Connect. Some countries never got the older Mercedes Me app, so in those countries, the new Mercedes Me Connect app is actually just called Mercedes Me, because the name wasn't taken yet. Looks like you are in Ireland. Unfortunately, I have no idea as to the state of mBrace/Mercedes Me in Ireland and which app you guys have and whether mBrace/Mercedes Me was even supported prior to MY2019.
There are aftermarket solutions that replace the COMAND system with an Android based system. It replaces the entire screen with a bigger one, but integrates with the rest of the car. Also adds support for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The center console has to be taken apart to install it. I don't know which one is the one to get these days, but at the following link you can see an example that I just found with a simple Google search for "Mercedes Android head unit".
