Checked the engine compartment fuse box on 5 & 28. Both are 7.5 and look fine. I also took off the cover on driver's side dash and could not see any fuses. There has been no prior signs or indications of a problem with the dash cluster lights. I did recently leave all my windows cracked a bit and it rained some but did not notice any rain on the dashboard, etc.. Thanks in advance.
