Exclamation Same problem, Recall?

Having the same exact problem 2018 C350e, 30,000 miles. The dealership is saying it's the valve body and parts + labor will cost $5400. If this is a problem for a lot of people this should be a recall. Does anyone know how to find out if MB will take care of this?

Thanks in advance.

My service advisor reached out to MBHQ and they covered the costs. I was one day passed factory warranty when they told me I needed a new transmission. Luckily I had spoken to them about the issue prior and that had been documented. Hope you're able to get it figured out.

When I'm driving on complete petrol (charge mode) the jerking doesn't happen.

I do remember recently the car petrol was quite low and I drove it to the petrol station. The car had automatically gone into e-mode only due to low fuel. I don't know if this had any cause to it?

Thank you so much!
I have the same problem , my car is in the dealership garage now, and they seem to be incompetent
