Can a front view camera be added to the std rearview cam system?

Can a front view camera be added to the std rearview cam system?
When parking my C300 Cab, I really miss the precise front bumper sensors that I have on my Cayenne. Wondering if adding a front cam to the Audio 20 System is possible without major surgery or e-mods.

It requires a Video Interface Module installed behind the head unit - and a front cam - depends how you define "not major surgery"

For me 'not major surgery" would be a plug-in mod that integrates with the existing control app & screen. Since there was an option for all-round cams, I was hoping there's already a input on the head unit for another cam.

I reached out to my MB dealership last week to ask the same question. Although I have all the bells and whistles in my 2016 CLS400 4Matic, there’s no front camera. Dealership told me it cannot be added after the car leaves the factory. Of course aftermarket addition is always possible. But I’d never do anything aftermarket that touched the electronics in my Benz. No way in hell would that ever happen. So I’ll just ensure my next Benz has this feature.

It is one of many things I hate about my C205. The GLS has a great 360 camera and my next car will too.
