So the center console while not so bad did have a lot of creak and rattle when you press on it or run over a rough pavement. I took it off and put cloth silencing tape over every spot where the plastic touched the frame and around the clips and the hole on the frame where the clips went in. All I can say after that is wow. The hardest part was taking out the little trim piece by the console box due to lack of clear pictures what the clip looked like but once I got that off was easy.

if you have that problem I highly recommend it. Also there are some cables under there while cloth wrapped bounce around as they are not attached. So I just taped them down also.

Now the only squeak I have is the piano roof rubber seal for which I ordered some things. Will see if that gets removed also.

Also I am sure the Non Amg has the same issue as console is the same.

Yup, for future reference if you go to the dealership, they will felt up the whole car for you. they did my dash and everything. I usually like to do it myself too though. How do you like the C43?

enjoying it so far. Nice fast car. The one thing all my friends love is the performance exhaust.
