I would like to know your opinion, the spring on the left front side is broken no difference in driving and in terms of height is it dangerous to ride with it for a week or two?

Yes it is dangerous to continue driving as it is. It's wedged between the remaining spring and the strut ring, but don't start counting your blessings. It doesn't look like it will break off any further, but worst case scenario if the broken part comes off it may hit your tyre or wheel causing you to spin off.....or get flung off and hit some other car creating some unnecessary accidents.
Get the spring replaced asap.... if you need to get it done somewhere far i would def recommend getting your car towed.
