Roof issue. Help.
Today, while driving down the freeway, I heard a load cracking noise and something flew off my roof. I pulled the car over and saw part of the front cover of the sunroof missing.
It looks like the thing just peel off under wind pressure. I unable to find what this part is called. Can someone help identify what this part is, and is it possible for a DYI person like me to replace it?
I have a 2016 C300

Hopefully your broken, flying, loose glass didn't hurt someone.

And your trunk floor is just a large plastic tub glued in between the frame rails. These cars were definitely built ...efficiently.
