Hello
I bought a w205 kombi 2017 with NTG 5.0 and original rear view camera. But I would like to retrofit original front camera.
Is this possible? If so, is there a guide to this?

What do you want to do?
There is no option to have a front and rear camera. It's either only rear or 360°. Every option has a retrofit package but the 360° pack is not cheap as you need a module, front camera, grill, new side mirrors with camera and cables

Well, this most recent reply is kindof off-the-mark - true MB OE only offered Rear-View-Camera or Sorround-View - but after-narket offers a option to add either rear-or-add-front camera:
