I just prefer the stock system and OEM feel, i initially got it because of car play. And don't get me wrong Carplay works perfectly. I just don't like having to go back to the NTG screen when i need to access
in car menus. Nothing wrong with the unit as i drove around with it in the car for a week. I like the whole being able to touch the screen for navigation. Screen higher resolution than stock and brighter

Specs are outlined already . no you cant change the launcher but i never tried, so could not tell you 100% if you can

but little things like - when you put it into sports+ or any other settings doesnt show up like on the OEM - which bugs me.
