Lowering: Quick Before and After Pics
Not the best pictures, as the perspective is a little off, I was standing a bit closer on the before pic, but it shows how reducing the tire-to-fender gap really accentuates the beautiful body lines of the W205.

For overall comfort, the ride is not better than stock. For me, the ride is better because of what I'm looking for... handling performance. It's not nearly as harsh of a ride as other car brands I've lowered, for sure. I would not say it's "bad" at all, but firm. It definitely handles bumps in the road much better. The stock suspension gets easily upset over bumps, whereas with coilovers, the shock of the bump is over as quickly as it started, lol. Overall, I think the ride is pretty good.I don't regret it one bit, as I knew what I was getting going into it. However, if you're looking for comfy and floaty, you'll surely be disappointed. The huge advantage is found in hard cornering, where the car stays flat and digs in.

No rubbing except for a very slight rub in the rear only when going in and out of parking lot dips at an angle. This is more about my larger tire choice (245/35/19). Straight on or while driving normally on roads, no problem. I went pretty low, so if I don't take any steep grades (parking lots, etc.) at an angle, then sure enough the undercarriage (center of car) may scrape. Another nice thing about Mercedes, they're generally flat underneath.

Thanks man. I've had so many lowered cars and trucks, I automatically take slow dips and speed bumps at an angle :p
