Can I use 225 40 R18 winter tires on all 4 wheels of my 2020 C class?

Can I use 225 40 R18 winter tires on all 4 wheels of my 2020 C class?
My C class originally has 225 45 R18 in the front, and 245 40 R18 in the rear.
I have 4 almost new winter tires 225 40 R18 with wheels.
Can I use them on the C class?
This will make all tires the same size.
Front will become a bit shorter, and rear will be narrower.
Please advise if its going to cause any safety, stability, or handling issues.
